Another Great Consumer Feedback Report from the Consumer Protection Association…

It’s been another great few months for Roof2Room, we’re proud to boast 100% Excellent on our latest CPA Consumer Feedback Report from 1st July until 30th October 2019.

Upon project completion, every customer is sent a survey by the CPA and this gives them the opportunity to anonymously evaluate our performance as a company. Customers are asked the following questions:

  • Were all undertakings fulfilled?
  • Did Roof2Room work efficiently?
  • Were the Roof2Room team courteous and professional?
  • Would you recommend Roof2Room?

Our 100% Excellent feedback result means that once again, every customer has answered yes to these questions.
